Refund Policy

Every install includes a free 7-day Pro trial, so you can try everything before paying. If Pro still isn’t right for you, here’s how refunds work.

• Within 14 days of purchase: email us for a full refund of your first payment, no questions asked. This applies to monthly, yearly and lifetime purchases.
• Subscription renewals: cancel any time to stop future charges. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days if you didn’t use Pro after renewing.
• After a refund, Pro is turned off on all browsers using that license.

To request a refund, email support@cleanx.lol with the email used at checkout or your license key. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
