These terms apply to the CleanX browser extension and the cleanx.lol website, provided by CleanX. By installing or using CleanX you agree to them.
The service
CleanX changes how x.com and twitter.com look in your own browser by blurring, hiding or removing content you choose. CleanX is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp. Websites change without notice, so some features may temporarily stop working until we update the extension.
Free plan, trial and Pro
- The Free plan is free to use indefinitely.
- New installs get a 7-day trial of Pro features. No payment details are collected for the trial, and it ends automatically without any charge.
- Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- A Pro purchase may be used on up to 5 browsers via its license key. Sharing a license beyond that is not allowed.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and their terms apply at checkout. You can cancel a subscription any time from the extension’s settings (Manage subscription). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse-engineer the licensing system, resell licenses, or use CleanX to violate any law or third-party terms.
Disclaimer
CleanX is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
